Charles Krug Vintage Selection Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Our 2019 release incorporates pristine fruit from three flagship vineyards: Slinsen (42%) in Yountville, Cold Springs (41%) on Howell Mountain and Voltz (17%) in Yountville. The wine opens with flint, milk chocolate, dried blueberry and currant, aromas of sandalwood, menthol, rose petal, bay leaf; touch of molasses and pomegranate, opens further with rainbow peppercorn, cherry tobacco and butter. By mouth sweet, elegant, full bodied, well integrated, dark chocolate, baked cherry/raspberry, blueberry, tobacco, roasted pecan skin. Long finish with dried currant and butter toffee.
