Sourced principally from our five family estates in Yountville, our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon displays sweet aromas of light mocha, with cherry berries, cranberry, cocoa nib, brown butter, candied cherry/mild chocolate, and cream/vanilla. Also hints of kalamata olive and dried red pepper. By mouth it is medium full, round with a juicy entry, red and blue fruit, toasty oak, and a long finish with unsweetened chocolate, warm tobacco leaf and silky tannins.
