Bravium Wiley Vineyard Pinot Noir 2021

This elegant wine is a blend of my favorite twelve barrels produced from Wiley Vineyard Pinot Noir grapes in 2021. 33% whole clusters were included in small stainless steel fermenters, with each vineyard block being fermented separately. Ruby red color with pleasing aromas of rose petals, herbs, pine, mint, mulch, and damp soil. Black cherry, cara cara orange, and blueberry fruit flavors dominate the lushly-textured flavors and are joined by sumptuous mocha and detailed mandarin orange notes on the velvety, mineralinflected finish.
