Description
The Chardonnay grapes grown the cool, coastal climate of our de Coelo vineyard yield ripe, concentrated flavors. The 2021 introduces aromas of fresh melon and Meyer lemon before bright citrus zest dances across the palate. A touch of French oak gives depth and roundness while stainless still reveals striking acidity.
