Description
The color is bright green with light golden fleck. The nose is pure and fragrant with whiff of light jasmine, citrus, oysters shell and clove. On the palate, the wine shows a fresh and vivacious start and is building concentration and layers throughout. Apricot and peach, light citrus but also the return of oyster shells notes elevates the minerality and precision of the wine. It is long and mouthwatering. Should age for 8 to 10 years easily.
